Thank You for making a purchase with RaeSoChic!

We ask that you keep your billing address and shipping address the same. Make sure that you are entering the correct information including the correct billing address that is associated with your bank card. If the billing and shipping address are not the same or associated with your bank card address , the processing of your order will take longer than usual and the transaction may possibly be declined.

Processing takes 5-7 business days for your purchase to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. To ensure a quick delivery all orders are final. Orders can not be altered or changed once your payment is complete.

We are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened products within SEVEN DAYS after receiving your order. We do not offer exchanges on any of our products.
